주식회사 리셋랩스(이하 "회사")는 SoulReset 웹사이트(soulreset.kr, 이하 "사이트")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 회사는 이 방침을 통해 이용자의 개인정보가 어떤 목적과 방식으로 처리되는지, 어떤 보호 조치가 이루어지는지 알려 드립니다.

Reset Labs Co., Ltd. ("we") operates the SoulReset website at soulreset.kr (the "Site") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what personal information we process, why, and how we protect it. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

1. Information we process

  • When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, country or region of residence, preferred language, preferred travel timing, length of stay and party size, travel preferences (such as interests and pace), preferred consultation date and time zone, and any message you write.
  • When you email us: your email address and the content you send.
  • Automatically, when you use the Site: access logs, IP address, browser and device information, cookies and pages visited.

We do not ask for passport details, payment information or medical records at the enquiry stage. Please do not include them in the form.

2. Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry and discuss your itinerary and arrangements.
  • Where you ask us to, to contact you while preparing stays, transfers or hospital consultations.
  • To operate and secure the Site and prevent misuse.
  • To understand visits and improve the Site.

3. How long we keep it

We delete personal information without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled, unless the law requires us to keep it:

We only use your information for the purposes above and do not share it with third parties without your consent or a legal basis. If you ask us to help arrange a hospital consultation or accommodation, we will tell you who will receive which information, why and for how long, and ask for your separate consent first.
